This website
No cookies. No analytics. No tracking pixels. No third-party embeds. Nothing is loaded from another domain — fonts and images are served from this site.
The contact form does not store anything. When you send a brief, it is relayed straight to the email inbox and the page keeps no copy. The only technical record is the ordinary web-server log — IP address, time, page requested — kept briefly for security and operation, not linked to anything else, and not used to build a profile.
If you prefer not to use the form at all, the email address is on the contact section and works identically.
Working on your material
What is collected. Name and contact details, the correspondence itself, the audio you send, the release metadata that goes with it (titles, ISRC codes, credits), and billing details where an invoice is issued.
Why. To do the work you asked for and to invoice it — performance of a contract. Invoices are kept because Austrian law requires it.
Who else sees it. Only the services needed to receive, work on and return files: an email provider, a file-transfer service such as Dropbox or WeTransfer, and accounting software for invoices. No data is sold, shared for advertising, or used to train anything. Unreleased audio is not played to third parties — see clause 9 of the terms.
How long. Project files are kept while the project runs and for a period afterwards, so a master can be recalled or revised. Say the word and a project archive is deleted sooner. Invoices are kept for the statutory retention period, which is seven years in Austria, and cannot be deleted on request during it.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Ask by email and it will be handled; there is no form and no charge.
You can also complain to the Austrian data protection authority, the Datenschutzbehörde (Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at).

The site links out to Instagram and Linktree. Those are separate services with their own policies and their own tracking; this notice does not cover what they do once you arrive.
